Exchange Policy (Retail)

  1. Warranty period differs between different models.
  2. Accessories (purchased separately/with unit) come with ONE (1) year warranty only.
  3. Warranty period starts from the purchase date of your Garmin device.
  4. One-to-one warranty exchange is applicable within the first SEVEN (7) days from the purchase date for manufacturer’s defect, with packaging and original contents in complete condition.
  5. Invoice/Receipt must be provided for all warranty claims. AECO reserves the right to reject claims without it.
  6. Goods sold are neither RETURNABLE nor REFUNDABLE.

AECO Technologies Consumer Warranty Policy

Terms & Conditions (Repair/Replace)
  1. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and excludes:
    • Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear
    • Consumables like batteries (unless defective)
    • Damage by misuse, accidents, or external factors
    • Unauthorized service or modifications
    • Use outside of prescribed parameters
    • Non-original cables or power sources
  2. Warranty valid unless the product is discontinued from repair services.
  3. Extended warranty applies to unit only; accessories carry 1-year warranty.
  4. Repaired items carry 90-day warranty or original period, whichever is longer.
  5. AECO is not liable for data/accessory loss during service.
  6. Customer must present service form or ID to collect items.
  7. Unclaimed items discarded after 3 months of notification.
  8. Item collection only after full payment; postage at customer’s expense.
  9. Replaced parts are not returnable.
  10. AECO may choose to repair, replace, or refund defective products.
  11. Repair time may change; AECO is not liable for delays.

Terms & Conditions
  1. AECO acts as a 3rd party for drop-off/pickup. Not responsible for accessory/data loss.
  2. Service form or valid ID required to collect items. AECO not liable for misuse of lost forms.
  3. Collection only after full Garmin Malaysia payment. Postage cost borne by customer.
